By conducting a commercial transaction with Shelter, the client fully agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions. It is strongly recommended that these be read carefully and in advance before making any purchase.
All orders are subject to product availability and approval by Shelter’s finance department.
Full payment of the invoiced amount is a mandatory requirement for the completion of the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Shelter will make every effort to ensure the delivery of ordered products within the stipulated timeframes. However, it shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of the transaction and added to the total order value.
All products sold by Shelter are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, as specified in the relevant documentation provided with the product.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Shelter does not accept exchanges or returns of products after the invoice has been issued, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the client must inform Shelter immediately so that the appropriate measures can be taken.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of the products for their needs prior to purchase.
Any questions or concerns regarding the products must be clarified with Shelter before completing the purchase.
Shelter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to clients.
Continued use of Shelter’s website and transactions following the implementation of such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Porto shall have jurisdiction.
