Automatic refilling system
An automatic pump allows you to refill the fireplace quickly and effortlessly. All it takes in connecting the pump with an integrated panel and putting the other pipe to the bottle with fuel and pushing the button. Once the tank is full, the pump switches off automatically. This protects the user and the fireplace from any accidental spillage or overfilling.
Remote and app control
Maximum comfort thanks to the ability to remotely control the fire. Operate the burner using the included remote control, mobile app on your smartphone, or a smart home system (SHS). This means you can adjust the flame size, check the fuel level, and turn the fireplace on or off without getting up from the sofa.
Touch control panel
Hidden behind an elegant flap, the touch control panel offers you the ability to easily adjust and monitor the fireplace settings. With just one touch, you can check the fuel status, change the flame height, and even set an automatic shutdown timer for additional peace of mind. Worried about the safety of the little ones? The child-lock option ensures that curious fingers won’t accidentally turn on the fireplace.

CARBON NEUTRALITY
We always try to make sure that our products don’t leave an excessive carbon footprint on the environment. That’s why our bioethanol burners rely on the Net Zero Technology; plants from yearly seasonal crops are used in the production of the bioethanol, which later fuels the burner. The combustion process of these products are water vapour, heat, and an insignificant amount of CO2. The amount of carbon dioxide can be later compensated by the plants in the process of photosynthesis.
Temperature sensors
Multiple temperature sensors are installed in areas where heat is generated. Their sensitivity to temperature changes reaches 0.1 degrees and they react immediately to any undesirable changes.
Spillage sensor
Since we’re dealing with bioethanol, it’s always good to have a system of spillage detection on board. Deliberately tilted bottom of the device will ensure, that any hypothetical drop of fuel will fall right on the sensor.
Seismic sensors
To meet the demands of our customers who live in areas of increased seismic activity, we’ve introduced a dedicated seismic sensor that will shut off the device if it detects vibrations. It will also react if the device is hit.
Fuel level sensor
To ensure that the combustion process runs smoothly, the fireplace has been equipped with a fuel level sensor. If the level of the liquid fuel in the main tank is too low, the Neo switches off automatically and sends the information to the user.
Robust construction
We make sure that our products meet the highest quality standards and pass mechanical, chemical and temperature resistance tests. Both the top plate of the burner and the fuel tank are made of stainless steel to provide high performance.
Fuel retrieval system
Comet outdoor is equipped with a system that redirects unused liquid fuel from the vapor generator and transports it back to the fuel tank when the device is not in use. The same situation occures when the fireplace detects any unusual situation and shuts down automatically.
