The Vitro is a fully glass-enclosed bioethanol fireplace designed for projects where a gas fireplace isn’t an option, but where design and functionality are equally demanding. It utilizes BEV® technology, which ensures clean combustion of bioethanol vapors, and is compatible with a concentric chimney, eliminating odor emissions, preventing air from entering the room, and allowing excess heat to escape.
The Vitro model features a new type of BEV® burner with a unique arrangement of ceramic logs, arranged in several planes and supported by special holders. This design creates a sense of depth – the flame expands not only in a line but also in width and height, visually reminiscent of a campfire or wood-burning fireplace. This option is perfect for projects seeking a more natural, dynamic fire – without a linear form.
An automatic pump allows you to refill the fireplace quickly and effortlessly. All it takes in connecting the pump with an integrated panel and putting the other pipe to the bottle with fuel and pushing the button. Once the tank is full, the pump switches off automatically. This protects the user and the fireplace from any accidental spillage or overfilling.
Vitro features wireless control options, allowing you to operate the fireplace remotely using a remote control. This enhances convenience and flexibility, making it easy to adjust settings.
The Vitro is completely enclosed in tempered glass, allowing the fire to be clearly visible from all sides – without screens, frames, or grates. The glass structure facilitates integration of the fireplace into modern interior design, allowing the flame to be displayed in an orderly and aesthetically pleasing manner. This arrangement limits the impact of air movement on the fire, stabilizes its shape, and ensures comfortable use – even in open spaces.
Bioethanol fireplaces with patented BEV Technology™ are fully automatic, safe, and eco-friendly, offering the cleanest burn no smoke, smell, or ash.
We always try to make sure that our products don’t leave an excessive carbon footprint on the environment. That’s why our bioethanol burners rely on the Net Zero Technology; plants from yearly seasonal crops are used in the production of the bioethanol, which later fuels the burner. The combustion process of these products are water vapour, heat, and an insignificant amount of CO2. The amount of carbon dioxide can be later compensated by the plants in the process of photosynthesis.
Multiple temperature sensors are installed in areas where heat is generated. Their sensitivity to temperature changes reaches 0.1 degrees and they react immediately to any undesirable changes.
Since we’re dealing with bioethanol, it’s always good to have a system of spillage detection on board. Deliberately tilted bottom of the device will ensure, that any hypothetical drop of fuel will fall right on the sensor.
To meet the demands of our customers who live in areas of increased seismic activity, we’ve introduced a dedicated seismic sensor that will shut off the device if it detects vibrations. It will also react if the device is hit.
To ensure that the combustion process runs smoothly, the fireplace has been equipped with a fuel level sensor. If the level of the liquid fuel in the main tank is too low, the Neo switches off automatically and sends the information to the user.
We make sure that our products meet the highest quality standards and pass mechanical, chemical and temperature resistance tests. Both the top plate of the burner and the fuel tank are made of stainless steel to provide high performance.
Vitro is equipped with a system that redirects unused liquid fuel from the vapor generator and transports it back to the fuel tank when the device is not in use. The same situation occures when the fireplace detects any unusual situation and shuts down automatically.
